All fine, but housekeeping issues

The hotel has a compact kitchenette in the room.

We faced a lot of issues with cleanliness during our stay. We were repeatedly given rooms that were not cleaned properly, with hair found in the beds and dirty bathroom sinks. It was frustrating to wait for the front desk staff to resolve these problems, as we had to change rooms multiple times over a 45-minute period, making our arrival exhausting.

the staff was incredibly attentive, providing exceptional service and making sure my needs were met. the breakfast offered plenty of choices to start my day right and the location was convenient for visiting nearby casinos.

the hotel is conveniently close to numerous attractions including prien lake park, where you can enjoy a leisurely walk, and the lively l'auberge casino resort only a short drive away, making it a fantastic base for exploring the area.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, making it very convenient for business travel. The bed was comfortable and offered a great night's sleep. Staff at the front desk assisted efficiently with my check-in process, making it a smooth experience. The hotel's location was ideal, being in close proximity to various restaurants and attractions, which enhanced my overall stay.

Breakfast options were lacking. coffee was not replenished quickly.

This place was a solid choice for a budget stay in Lake Charles. I enjoyed the pool area despite some rowdy guests nearby sharing entertaining stories. Keep an eye out for early breakfast options to grab a bite before heading out.

The spacious studio with 1 King bed and a cozy sofa bed was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Plus, I loved that there was always hot, fresh coffee available, even at the crack of dawn!

The location proved convenient for work-related travel, being just off I-10. Breakfast options, including fresh coffee always available, started early at 6:00 AM, perfect for my early departures. However, the frustrating aspect was the lack of hot water in my room during my entire six-night stay, which was particularly uncomfortable given the chilly temperatures outside. Additionally, the staff's response to my issues felt lacking, offering no genuine resolution.
